These girls appear to be Maddras India, as can be gauged from their complexions and features. Madras is the fourth largest city in India and the capital city of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Located on the Coromandel Coast of the Bay of Bengal, Chennai had a population of 4.2 million in the 2001 census within its municipal corporation. The urban agglomeration of Chennai has an estimated population over 8 million, making it one of the largest urban agglomerations in India. It has seen civilizations as ancient and cities as modern as today's cosmopolitan. These girls are looking glorious as they going for notanki festival.
